• Own org design and performance: built the Product Experience career framework and Hat approach, where designers own areas of the craft; recognised in 360 review as the go-to for complex cross-domain design problems.
• Lead a PX × AI program that turns the design system into a substrate for agents:
• Agentic Design Workflow: an end-to-end workflow consisting of MCP connectors, triage, solution suggestions, handoff processes (n8n pipelines) and explicit human-in-the-loop gates via an interactive dashboard.
• Tone Prototypers: a DS-aware Figma Make environment letting PMs and engineers self-serve on-brand product flows from a prompt.
• Tone Lint & Dial plugin: design-time linting against the system, ensuring quality of deliverables, and a DS-documentation plugin that performs like uSpec without burning tokens.

• Governed SEFAR, a robust design system with full Arabic (RTL) support - componentised Latin/Arabic typography, accessible functional colour & spacing tokens, and a Figma-Lokalise-GitHub pipeline.
• Bridged cultural and market differences across new markets; embedded UX research to test every assumption and overcome bias.

Led the refactor of TMS, a 17-year-old back-office platform underpinning all operations - fueling 16 dev teams with 5 designers and 1 researcher.

• Introduced the Saffron design system and rebuilt modules into a high-performing microservices platform - 1,000+ FTEs saved.
• Live CS Operations: consolidated 3 platforms into one, saved ~10,000 CS minutes/day (≈24 FTE at MVP) and cut ticket resolution time by 85%.
• Menu management: EU additives/allergens compliance, AI-powered OCR menu input, add-on groups & variants, and bulk pricing/stock editing - enabling restaurant self-service.
• Delivery areas: self-service polygon setup and dynamic delivery areas that auto-adjust according to order load.
